What Our Clients Say
Just did two back to back road trips in the snow and ice. My car was covered in road salt and dirt and the inside was a mess. These guys did an AMAZING job! I went with the “ULTIMATE” wash. The car is as good as new, their service was quick, staff are friendly, waiting area is comfortable and the prices are fair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I must confess that I was not aware, nor was I fully attentive while driving, but upon noticing the situation, I promptly executed a U-turn, and I must say, the interior of the establishment is quite appealing, with a spacious and open layout.I would like to express my appreciation for their service in cleaning my car, and I would certainly recommend a visit, as they utilize appropriate equipment for the task.

I was hoping for much better based on reviews I’ve seen. There were spots on the car that looked like they weren’t cleaned and even a whole wheel looks like there wasn’t even any water sprayed on it. I chose the ultimate service and I’m not sure if the foam spray or wax were applied. There’s also streak marks from the wet towels used on my passenger window and windshield.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience left me genuinely irritated and confused.I paid for the Ultimate Wash for $30, including the additional $8 up-charge for a 3-row SUV. At that price point, I expect the basics to be handled without having to supervise the process myself. Before the service began, I confirmed at the point of sale that the car seats would be vacuumed. They assured me they would be. Not only were the seats not vacuumed, I had to specifically ask for a vacuum to do it myself. When someone finally came over, the effort was careless at best. In the process of rushing through it, they managed to suck up my child’s toy due to the half-hearted attempt.I also had to ask for the trunk to be vacuumed — which is supposed to be included in the Ultimate package. That should not require a reminder. To make matters worse, the driver-side lower door panel was left visibly dirty, as if no one even bothered to check whether it was clean before considering the job finished. When I asked for the vacuum, I was initially ignored — even after making direct eye contact with staff. It wasn’t until it became clear I wasn’t leaving that someone acknowledged me. That level of disregard is frustrating and unnecessary.I understand there is new ownership, and the individual who appears to be the owner comes across as pleasant. However, the actual cleaning staff performance was extremely disappointing. If I’m paying premium pricing, I expect premium effort. Places like Elston Hand Car Wash may charge a bit more, but at least they take pride in their work and don’t require the customer to manage the detail process themselves. To top it off, when you call the business, no one answers. You can leave a voicemail, but no one calls back.Overall, this was not an experience that matches the price point or the promises made at the register. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the quality control, because right now, it’s simply not there. I’m all for supporting local business but support has to be earned!

First time here and I was impressed! The guy who greeted me was polite. Told to wait in the waiting area and he would be right with me, and he was. 3 cars ahead of me and was out in 30 minutes. A couple of other places around there are an average of 45-60 minute wait and charge a lot more. The car looked fantastic inside and out. $30 ultimate wash and a couple of add ons and tip=$46 out the door. I definitely recommend and will be back
